Can I install them myself or do I have to make an appointment with you?

One of the things I love about these dreads is how easy they are to install so yes you can defiantly do it yourself or get a friend to help you, there are plenty of great braid in techniques on You Tube or I’m happy to send you some links to my favourite ones. I do however recommend getting a trained loctition to attach the extensions for you.

how do I care for my woollen dreadlocks?

It is very important to wash your woollen dreads regularly after all the are on your head! I always recommend washing once a week, more if you work in dusty or dirty environments. Wool dreads do take some time to dry so make sure you let them dry completely each time. For more tips on washing your dreads go to the New Dreads FAQ page. If you’ve had them installed as extensions I recommend giving the join some shampoo & a palm roll in the shower for the first couple of washes.
